DefectiveMerchandise Returns:

Unless otherwisespecified, we will gladly accept exchanges ondefective products within 14 days of the originalinvoice date.Planet73 shall have solediscretion to the credit method.We may issuea credit, ship a replacement unit, exchange or wemay repair the item and return it back to you.

Non-Defective Merchandise Returns:

All Non-Defectivereturns within 14 days from the invoice date aresubject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will beissued at Planet73's sole discretion within 14 daysfrom the merchandise receiving date.Buyer isresponsible for return shipping fees and theoriginal shipping charge will not be refunded.After 14 days from the invoice date, we are unableto take returns.

* ALL ITEMS WILL BEINSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT.Allproducts being returned must be 100% complete andmust be packaged in original packaging.Areturn will not be processed or a restocking fee maybe applied in the event any items included in theoriginal shipment is not present in the returnedpackage. To startreturn process:

Returns will not beaccepted at our warehouse without a valid ReturnMerchandise Authorization (RMA) number.RMAnumbers will expire after 14 days.Any returnwe receive without an RMA number will be returned toyou at your expense.
